传统的煤矿需要矿工处于一种较为危险的操作条件下,这样危及到矿工的生命安全。因此,在煤矿行业中采用机电一体化技术是煤矿发展的必然趋势。机电一体化技术不仅仅可以提高生产的效率,同时可以有效的保证矿工的安全。本文在简述了机电一体化技术在煤矿生产过程中的意义的基础上从机电一体化的几个重要设备方面分析了机电一体化技术的优点。最后,简要分析了我国煤矿机电一体化技术的发展趋势,要不断实现自主知识产权,才能真正推动我国煤矿产业的发展。
Traditional coal mines require that the miners be in a more dangerous operating condition, thus endangering the lives of miners. Therefore, the use of mechanical and electrical integration in the coal mining industry is an inevitable trend of coal development. Mechatronics can not only improve the efficiency of production, but also can effectively ensure the safety of miners. Based on the brief introduction of the significance of mechatronics technology in coal mine production process, this paper analyzes the advantages of mechatronic technology from several important devices of mechatronics. Finally, a brief analysis of the development trend of China’s coal mine mechanical and electrical integration technology, to continue to achieve their own intellectual property rights, in order to truly promote the development of China’s coal mining industry.
