Anisodamine is an alkaloid that Chinese scholar has isolated from Houttuynia. 654-2 for its synthetic products. As an M-choline receptor blocker, anisodamine also has a dilation effect. In animals, the role of pupil dilation is about 10 times weaker than atropine; but anisodamine on the human eye ciliary muscle paralysis has not been reported. In order to understand the paralysis of the drug on the ciliary muscles of the eye, we in October 8, 1984 to November 15, anisodamine and horsutar respectively, while dripping into the left and right eyes of patients, mydriasis Optometry, determination of the remaining regulatory force. The results showed that the same concentration and dosage of anisodamine than the paraquat paraquat strong paraquat (the remaining regulatory power has a very significant difference), and the drug action time is short (only 1 to 2 days), no Systemic reactions, local reactions less. Anisodamine is therefore superior to cortico-paralysis for the latter.
