Enprostil是一种合成的前列腺素E_2类似物,具有抗胃酸分泌、刺激粘液分泌、降低血清胃泌素水平和细胞保护作用。 128例经内窥镜证实为十二指肠溃疡病病人,随机分成3组,进入为期4周的双盲对照研究,分别接受enprostil 70μg一日2次(A组)、35μg一日2次(B组)或安慰剂(C组)。于第15和29天重新进行内窥镜评价。结果表明,4周愈合率在A、B、C各组依次为78、65和39%,A、B两组均明显高于C组(P<0.05)。分析吸烟患者的溃疡愈合率,A、B、C各组依次为70、60和32%,A、B两组也明显高于C组(P<0.05)。Enprostil较明
Enprostil is a synthetic prostanoid E 2 analog that has anti-gastric acid secretion, stimulates mucus secretion, lowers serum gastrin and protects cells. A total of 128 patients with duodenal ulcer confirmed by endoscopy were randomized into 3 groups and enrolled in a 4-week, double-blind, controlled study of enfrostil 70 μg twice daily (group A), 35 μg twice daily Group B) or placebo (Group C). Endoscopic evaluation was resumed on days 15 and 29. The results showed that the healing rates in four weeks were 78, 65 and 39% in groups A, B and C, respectively, while the levels in groups A and B were significantly higher than those in group C (P <0.05). The rate of ulcer healing was analyzed in patients with smoking. The rates of ulcer healing were 70, 60 and 32% in groups A, B and C respectively, and also significantly higher in groups A and B than that in group C (P <0.05). Enprostil more obvious
