王保宁等提出多波长数据线性回归法并应用于锰、锌的同时测定。本文探索用此法不经分离同时测定铍和铝。计算方法按文献。铬天青S、TritonX-100与铍、铝生成有色配合物已用于光度法测定铝,本文研究选择598—616nm作为测定波长范围,取10个波长作为测定点。加入1,0μgBe及1.0μgAl/25ml时回收率在83.3—113%范围内。 (一)仪器和试剂岛津UV-240自动记录紫外-可见分光光度计,TI-59可编程序计算器。
Wang and other proposed multi-wavelength data linear regression method and applied to the simultaneous determination of manganese and zinc. This article explores the use of this method for simultaneous determination of beryllium and aluminum without isolation. Calculation method according to the literature. Chromium Azurol S, TritonX-100 and beryllium, aluminum colored complexes have been used for the determination of aluminum photometry, this study selected 598-616nm as the determination wavelength range, taking 10 wavelengths as the measurement point. The recoveries ranged from 83.3 to 113% with addition of 1, ugBe and 1.0 ugAl / 25 ml.
