20 0 0年 4月至 2 0 0 1年 6月进行了为期 15个月使用化学不育剂———环丙醇类衍生物控制鼠害的现场试验。鼠密度于试验 5个月后由初始的 6 3.8%下降为 4 2 % ,11个月后为 4 % ,控制率高达 93.7%。检测幼体足迹 ,由开始的 2 5 .4 % 11个月后下降为 0。半年后检查雄性精子浓度、活精子数和精子死亡率等 3项指标 ,试验组与对照组差异显著 ,表明雄性生殖系统均受损伤。试验表明 ,该不育剂使鼠类密度较长期控制在不危害水平 ,次年繁殖期密度反而下降 ,控制鼠害效果良好
From April 2004 to June 2001, a 15-month field trial of rodenticide control of rodent pests using the chemical sterilant-cyclopropanol derivatives was conducted. After five months of testing, the mouse density decreased from an initial 6 3.8% to 42%, an 11% to 4% after 4 months, with a control rate as high as 93.7%. Tested larval footprints decreased from 0 to 4 after 11 months from the start of 2.54%. After six months to check the male sperm concentration, live sperm count and sperm mortality three indicators, the test group and the control group significant difference, indicating that the male reproductive system are damaged. Tests showed that the sterility agent to control the density of rats longer-term control at no harm level, the next year the breeding season but the decline in density, the rodent control effect is good
