通过对焊接气溶胶粒子粒度分布随时间变化的实测结果的分析,应用气溶胶粒子凝并的基本理论,推导了焊后烟尘粒子的凝并方程,并利用凝并方程的解计算了焊接气溶胶粒子的粒度分布,与实测结果进行了比较,二者基本一致.说明了在一个封闭容器中,焊接气溶胶粒子的自然沉降作用可以忽略不计,其体积浓度基本不变,主要发生布朗凝并,其结果使数目浓度和粒子粒度分布随时间变化.
