所谓学习型组织,是指通过培养弥漫于整个组织的学习气氛、充分发挥成员的创造性思维能力而建立起来的一种有机的、高度柔性的、扁平的、符合人性的、能持续发展的组织。这种组织具有持续学习的能力,具有高于个人绩效总和的综合绩效。文章通过美军建设学习型组织的案例,揭示出其成为美军克敌制胜的“隐性”武器;同时,也启示众多的企业如何成就商界“强者”。
The so-called learning organization refers to an organic, highly flexible, flat, human-friendly and sustainable organization established by cultivating the learning atmosphere permeated by the entire organization and giving full play to the creative thinking ability of the members. This organization has the ability to continue learning, with a total performance above the overall performance of individuals. The article reveals that the U.S. military has become a “hidden” weapon to defeat the enemy in the United States through the construction of a learning organization in the U.S. military. At the same time, it also enlightens many enterprises how to make “strong people” in the business community.
