作者对20例支气管喘息患儿长期使用 Tiaramide 进行临床观察,并报告其效果。Tiaramide hydrochloride 是一种非类固醇性盐基镇痛抗炎剂,有很好的抗过敏作用。它与 DSCG(色甘酸二钠)同样的能抑制由过敏反应而产生的来自肥大细胞的化学介质的游离。
The author of 20 cases of bronchial asthma in children with long-term use of Tiaramide clinical observation, and report the results. Tiaramide hydrochloride is a non-steroidal, salt-based analgesic anti-inflammatory agent with good anti-allergic effects. Like DSCG (disodium cromoglycate), it inhibits the release of mast cell-derived chemical mediators from anaphylaxis.
