通过对某地区基层政府部门信息化建设的调研,结合相关文献,论述我国基层政府部门办公信息化建设的基本现状,探讨影响基层政府部门内部信息化施行的主要原因,提出推进基层政府部门信息化的三点建议,即国家需制定政府部门内办公信息化的施行条例;制定科学合理的信息化项目资金投入制度;创建技术人员引进与提拔机制。
Through the research on the informatization construction of grassroots government departments in a certain area and the related literatures, this paper discusses the basic status quo of the construction of office informatization in the grassroots government departments in our country, and discusses the main reasons that affect the implementation of informatization inside the grassroots government departments. The three suggestions that the state need to develop government departments within the office of the implementation of information technology; development of scientific and rational funding of information technology projects; to create a mechanism for the introduction and promotion of technical personnel.
