美国经济乃是全球经济的发动机。但由于美国公民不懂节约,而华盛顿又大手大脚,因此这台发动机如今已动转得不怎么顺畅了。这些倾向可能会激发贸易保护主义,从而威胁到全球的经济整合。
The U.S. economy is the engine of the global economy. However, because the citizens of the United States do not know how to save and Washington is overwhelmed, the engine has now failed to move smoothly. These tendencies may stimulate trade protectionism and thus threaten the global economic integration.
