本文对琼玉膏在通便作用方面进行了药理研究，结果表明：琼玉膏２．５ｇ／ｋｇ及１０９ｇ／ｋｇ对燥结失水型便秘小鼠的排便功能有促进作用，能使排便粒数增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）；琼玉膏上述二剂量对燥结失水型便秘小鼠的肠管含水量有增加作用，能使小肠湿重、小肠含水量、大肠湿重、大肠含水量明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）；琼玉膏对正常小鼠小肠推进功能无明显影响，但当小鼠小肠推进功能为阿托品的作用而出现缓慢时，琼玉膏则对小肠推进功能有促进作用。结果提示，琼玉膏对燥热或阴虚燥结便秘者，有一定的润肠通便作用。
In this article, the pharmacological study of Qiong Yu Ointment on the defecation effect was carried out. The promotion function has a promoting effect. The results suggest that Qiongyu ointment has a certain laxative effect on dry heat or dryness and constipation.
