天麻,古代炮制方法甚多,例如酒制、姜制、麸制、药汁制、煨制、蒸制、炒制、焙制等,其中以酒制法最为常用。 酒制天麻,最早始于唐《颅囱经》(公元907年),谓:“天麻,……酒浸一宿”。此后历代医家多采用之。如宋《太平惠民和剂局方》:“凡使,先以纸包浸湿,于热灰中煨熟,取出,酒浸一宿,却焙干,入药用”。宋《传信适用方》:“酒浸讫锉碎”。金《素问病机气宜保命集》:“酒浸三日曝干”。明《普济方》:“用好酒浸一日,取出,焙干”。明《本草纲目》:“若治肝经风虚,惟洗净,以湿纸包,于糠火中煨熟,取出切片,酒浸一宿,焙干用”。清《医学法律》:“以酒浸一日夜,湿纸包裹糠火中煨熟,取出切片,焙用”。由上可见,酒制天麻已有悠久历史。
