有兩件事浮現在我腦子里:一件是某市40余名档案干部,在省档案訓練班学習后,回去做档案工作的仅有两人;另一件是某些机关的文書、档案干部在一年里被調动竟达七、八次之多。真是令人吃惊!然而,这仅不过是頻繁調动之一例。文書、档案干部被頻繁調动,是某些人进行工作的一个“法宝”。他們这样做,据說所持的理由是:“档案工作没迟没早”、“任何人都可以做文書、档案工作”,或者說别的工作如何如何重要……。乍一听似乎滿有道理,其实,且不說别的,我們就来看看頻繁調动給档案工作帶来了怎样的后果吧! 首先,档案干部的事業心受到挫折。有个档案员說:他对档案工作本来很有兴
