[目的]观察祛风止咳汤联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表方法简单随机分两组。对照组40例孟鲁斯特钠,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组40例祛风止咳汤(紫苏子、前胡、紫苏叶、蝉蜕、牛蒡子、枇杷叶、炙麻黄、地龙各10g,五味子5g),清水浸泡,1剂/d,水煎150mL,2次/d;孟鲁斯特钠治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、症候积分、FEV_1、FEV_1%pred、FEV_1/FVC、PEF%pred、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组显效18例,有效13例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症候积分治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。FEV_1、FEV_1%pred、FEV_1/FVC、PEF%pred治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]祛风止咳汤联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Qufeng Zhike Decoction combined with Montelukast on cough variant asthma (CVA). [Method] Using randomized parallel control method, 80 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. Control group, 40 cases of montelukast sodium, 10mg / time, 1 / d. Treatment group, 40 cases of Qufeng Zhike Decoction (Perilla, Peucedanum, basil leaves, cicadas, Arctium, loquat leaf, Sunburn ephedra, earthworm each 10g, Schisandra 5g), soaked in water, 1 / d, decoction 150mL, 2 times / d; montelukast sodium treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks for a course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, symptom scores, FEV_1, FEV_1% pred, FEV_1 / FVC, PEF% pred and adverse reactions were observed. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 26 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.00%. In the control group, 18 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 77.50% (P <0.05). The symptom score decreased better than the control group (P <0.01). FEV_1, FEV_1% pred, FEV_1 / FVC, PEF% pred treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Qufeng Zhike Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of Cough Variant Asthma (CVA) has satisfactory curative effect and no serious side effects. It is worth popularizing.
