一、国有企业履行社会责任现状分析建国以来,我国的国有企业一直勇于承担社会责任。从改革开放前的企业办社会,到目前国有企业在公共物品供给和抢险救灾等公共事务中的出色表现,可以看出,中国的国有企业在承担社会责任中充当着表率作用。2007年12月,国务院国资委出台的((中央企业履行社会责任指导意见》,为国有企业进一步履行社会责任指明了方向。到目前为止,国有企业在履行社会责任方面 I.
