如今,数学教学的发展体现在全面推进实施素质教育,推进中学数学教学方法的改革和创新,切实减轻学生的学习负担等方面。然而一直以来,实际起到主导作用的还是传统的数学教育模式。经过许多数学教育工作者的积极探索,在积累了无数宝贵的经验教训后,中学课堂上的数学教学方法得到了巨大的改进和提高,传统的教育方式得到改良并且在实践操作中取得了一定的成绩,其中有很多宝贵的经验值得对外推广。作为农村中学的数学教师,我们要在主观上积极吸取他人的经验,也要敢于突破传统教育观念的束缚,进行自主探索,努力创新,真正为学生着想,这才是我国现行教育改革发展的需要。

As a mathematics teacher in rural middle school, we must subjectively learn from the experience of others, and also dare to break the shackles of the traditional educational concepts, to carry out their own exploration, innovation, and really for the sake of students, this is the current education reform and development in our country .
