近几年,我国高职教育发展迅速,已占据高等教育的半壁江山,为社会各行业培养了各类应用型技能人才,也为我国经济建设作出了重大贡献。高职教育办学质量的高低以及规模的大小取决于其人力资源管理水平的高低,教师是高职教育中最重要的人力资源,是其发展的核心竞争力。本论文从我国高职教育人力资源管理中存在的问题入手分析原因,并给出相应的对策提升高职教育人力资源管理水平,进而提高其办学质量和社会地位,为社会培养出更优秀的人才。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country has occupied half of higher education and trained various skilled personnel for various sectors of society. It has also made a significant contribution to the economic construction of our country. The level of the quality of running a higher vocational education and its size depend on the level of its human resources management. Teachers are the most important human resources in higher vocational education and their core competitiveness. This paper analyzes the reasons from the existing problems in the human resources management of higher vocational education in our country and gives corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of human resources management in higher vocational education so as to improve the quality and social status of higher education and train more excellent talents .
