高职思政教育教师队伍是工作在一线的骨干力量,是我们进行现代化高职思政教育工作的中坚力量。本文首先对高职院校思政教育教育队伍建设的重要意义做了系统的论述分析,从两个“要求”深入阐述了这项研究的重要性和重要地位。而后笔者从实际出发进行以分析了当前高职院校思政教育队伍建设的现状和问题所在。最后,笔者结合自身多年工作研究经验,提出了相应的完善性策略。
The ranks of teachers in vocational and technical education in higher vocational education are the backbone forces working in the front line and the backbone for our undertaking of ideological and political education in higher vocational education. This paper first systematically analyzes the significance of the construction of the ideological and political education and teaching force in higher vocational colleges, and expounds the importance and importance of this research from two “requirements ”. Then the author proceeded from reality to analyze the status quo and problems of the current ideological and political education in vocational colleges. Finally, the author combines his years of work experience, put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.
