中华人民共和国交通运输部令2016年第69号《交通运输部关于修改〈中华人民共和国水上水下活动通航安全管理规定〉的决定》已于2016年8月31日经第19次部务会议通过,现予公布。部长杨传堂2016年9月2日交通运输部决定对《中华人民共和国水上水下活动通航安全管理规定》(交通运输部令2011年第5号)作如下修改:删除第十五条第一款。本决定自2016年9月2日起施行。《中华人民共和国水上水下活动通航安全管理规定》根据本决定作相应修正,重新发布。
