今年上半年,全国公路养护工作继续获得了不少的进展。基本实现“养护十三无”的路段增多了,开展养路工具革新的地区更加广泛了,晴雨通车的公路里程也有了增加。但是这些成绩同急剧增长的运输需要比较起来是很不相称的,尤其是还有不少地区出现了路面状况逐渐下降的局面。因而有些干线的汽车行驶速度降低了,有的为了赶任务车速没有降低,但燃料、轮胎超耗,机件损耗量加大。不但影响着运输效率,而且加剧了油料、橡胶和配件等供应不足的困难。至于某些支线,厂矿专用线,特别是去年新修的路线,情况更不好,甚至有的不能通车。在很多地区公路养护工作已成为当前公路交通事业中突出的薄弱环节。
In the first half of this year, a great deal of progress has been made in the national road maintenance work. The number of road sections that basically implemented the “maintenance of 13 no-offs” has increased, the areas for carrying out road maintenance tools reform have become more extensive, and the mileage of roads opened to traffic has also increased. However, these achievements are disproportionately disproportionate to the rapidly increasing transport needs. Not only affects the efficiency of transport, but also exacerbated the oil, rubber and accessories, such as the lack of supply. As for some feeder lines and factories and mines, especially the routes newly constructed last year, the situation is even worse, and some can not even be opened to traffic. In many areas, highway maintenance work has become a prominent weak link in the current highway transportation.
