一、远程培训在线教学支持存在的问题1.学员消极对待远程培训。据笔者观察发现,以“国培计划”为旗号的农村教师远程培训,其主要培训农村教师的网络回复学员疑难问题能力和统计当地学员参训情况,但是在线的学员并未能采取有效的策略,致使农村接受培训的教师积极性不高,甚至缺席远程培训活动。2.培训的内容空虚且单一。现代化的远程培训,仅仅停留在提问和解答的表面层次,其职责辅导过于单调统一,时效性不强,同 First, the long-distance training online teaching support problems 1.
