目的探讨舒适护理模式在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法从我院收治的糖尿病肾病行血液透析治疗的患者中抽选86例作为临床研究对象。随机分组:对照组43例,采用常规护理;观察组43例,采用舒适护理模式。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分和护理满意度明显高于对照组,结果对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理模式在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用效果良好,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing mode on hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty-six patients were selected from patients with diabetic nephropathy treated by hemodialysis in our hospital as clinical research object. Randomly divided into groups: control group of 43 cases, using routine care; observation group of 43 cases, the use of comfortable care mode. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions The comfortable nursing mode has a good effect in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy and should be widely used.
