日内瓦會議自五月八日開始討論恢復印度支那和平問題以來,到現在已經一個多月了.在這一個多月中,已經舉行了公開性會議七次(自五月八日至十四日四次,六月八日至十日三次),限制性會議十二次(自五月十七日至六月四日),雖然由於越、蘇、中代表團的繼續不断的建設性的努力,會議獲得了某些進展,如在五月二十九日的會議上,通過了在印度支那迅速同時停火的建議,但是就整個情形說來,會議的進度還是很慢的.會議進行的速度爲什麽這樣遲緩呢?分歧的意見在那裏呢?有哪些障礙呢?兹就最近幾次會議討論的經過,加以綜合和分析.
It has been more than a month since the Geneva Conference began its discussion on the restoration of peace in Indochina since May 8.
