忧郁:改变生活方式,注意休养,创造环境 有些女性心情特别郁闷,看所有的东西都是灰色的,对未来不抱希望,悲观厌世。但是对自己的工作还能认真而热心,责任感强。处理事情虽然不能像别人那样迅速,但能忠实地执行他人所指示的事情。在人际关系中,朴实、消极,没有主动性,自卑感强,自认为是能力低(尤其是学历低,家庭出身一般时),很少与人交往。但讲究礼仪,感情深笃,遵守信用,性格诚实而缺乏灵活性。 不管是从自身的发展,自身的生活,自身的工作,还是从整个社会来看,此类女性没有必要整日锁于自己的空间,而应该投身于原本丰富多采的世界,让自己轻轻松松、舒舒服服地生活,让生活充满笑意。长寿学者认为,此类女性应该从以下几个方面改善一下自己。
