本文介绍了日本岛津公司自动记录式示差热分析仪热膨胀附加装置和利用此装置测定固体线膨胀系数的方法。以Cu(99.95%)为标准物质,求出了室温-900℃温度区间的仪器常数。对两种已知膨胀系数的物质Fe和Ni进行了线膨胀率测量,其准确度分别为2.9%和3.0%。在此温度区间对Ir/Al_2O_3催化剂进行了两次线膨胀率测量,精度为5%左右。然后依α=3β的关系算出催化剂的体膨胀率,并用曲线拟合法求得该催化剂体膨胀率近似计算公式。
In this paper, Japan Shimadzu automatic recording differential thermal analyzer thermal expansion device and the use of this device to measure the solid linear expansion coefficient method.
