以新采收的蓼种子为试材,研究其休眠的主要原因和破除休眠的方法,结果表明.种壳是造成蓼种子休眠的主要物理因素;用GA3或KNO3处理新采收的种子,在变温条件下发芽,发芽率可由常规方法的40%左右,提高到80%以上,其中以KNO3处理的效果最佳,种子发芽后,苗壮,成苗率高.这种方法快速、简便、准确,可广泛应用于生产和种子的发芽研究。
The newly harvested Polygonum seedlings were used as experimental materials to study the main reason for dormancy and the method of breaking dormancy. The seed shell was the main physical factor which caused the dormancy of Polygonum capitatum seedlings. The newly harvested seeds were treated with GA3 or KNO3 and germinated under the condition of variable temperature. The germination rate could be increased from about 40% to 80% by conventional methods. Among them, The best, seed germination, seedling Zhuang, seedling rate. This method is fast, simple and accurate, and can be widely applied to the production and germination of seeds.
