HBX-5携带式布氏硬度计广泛用于调质处理大件的硬度检查。此种硬度计的测量误差较大,误差来源于:(1)硬度计本身精度较低(±8%);(2)读数显微镜对压痕的观测误差;(3)打硬度时,要求钢管同工件垂直,但是,凭人为的“注意”,往往不能满足要求而使测量造成误差。在两个人为的因素中,前者是逐步提高的问题;我们的工作是针对后一个因素的,即制造了一种工装,在操作时,对硬度计钢管起到扶正作用,结构如图所示。
HBX-5 Portable Brinell hardness tester is widely used in quenching and tempering large-scale hardness inspection. The measurement error of this kind of hardness meter is bigger, the error comes from: (1) the durometer itself is low precision (± 8%); (2) reading microscope observes indentation error; (3) Vertical with the workpiece, however, with the human “attention” often can not meet the requirements of the measurement error. Among the two man-made factors, the former is a problem of gradual improvement; our work is aimed at the latter factor, that is, a tooling is manufactured which, during operation, plays a positive role in reinforcing the steel pipe of the durometer as shown in the figure .
