太原无线电二厂研制成功的ZH—A自检式红外光电保护装置,可用在不同吨位的各种类型(冲、剪、压)压力机上,保障冲压工的人身安全及防止冲压设备事故。该装置是在危险区范围内预先设置一道或多道不可见光束,一旦操作者的手或肢体以及不透明物体进入危险区而遮断光线时,这种遮断的光信号就转为电信号,经放大后与制动电磁铁控制线路相联,控制相应的执行机构,实现压力机刹车制动。
