目的:建立青蒿油多相脂质体中维A酸的鉴别及含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对维A酸进行定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法同时测定维A酸及其降解产物异维A酸的含量。色谱柱:Dikma Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(88∶12);检测波长:355nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL·min-1;进样量:10μL。结果:在薄层层析色谱中能检出维A酸,维A酸在0.1016~1.016μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.35%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂中维A酸的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination and determination of vitamin A in articular oil liposomes. METHODS: Tretinoin was qualitatively identified by TLC, and the content of isotretinoin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Dikma Kromasil C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (88:12); detection wavelength: 355nm; column temperature: 30°C; flow rate: 1.0mL·min-1 ; Injection volume: 10μL. RESULTS: Tretinoin could be detected in TLC. The retinoid had good linearity in the range of 0.1016-1.016 μg (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.4% and the RSD was 0.35%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and has good repeatability and recovery. It can be used as a quality control method for retinoic acid in the preparation.
