目的:选择能溶解佛手挥发油β-环糊精包合物且不破坏包合物稳定性的溶剂。方法:采用凝胶空白基质处方中的4种成分作包合物的溶解试验,并且用薄层色谱法鉴定包合物在溶剂中的稳定性。结果:处方量的水采用加热和超声2种方式能很好地溶解包合物,且包合物在水中稳定。结论:采用水为溶解包合物溶剂并且用加热或超声助溶方法制备的佛手凝胶剂外观透明细腻,质量稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To select a solvent that can dissolve the β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex of bergamot volatile oil without destroying the stability of the inclusion complex. Methods: The dissolution test of the inclusion complexes was carried out using the four components of the gel blank matrix formulation, and the stability of the inclusion compound in solvents was identified by thin layer chromatography. RESULTS: The prescribed amount of water dissolved well by heating and ultrasound, and the inclusion complex was stable in water. Conclusion: The bergamot gel preparation prepared by dissolving the inclusion compound solvent in water and heated or ultrasonically assisted is a transparent and delicate product with stable quality.
