近日,郑研院和马国资源集团有限公司共同完成的“马达加斯加共和国Andranovato矿区三水铝石型铝土矿综合利用技术研究”项目通过了中国有色金属工业协会组织的评价。专家组认为:该项目开发了“分级+浮选”选矿新技术,使马达加斯加高硅、低铝硅比、高含泥量的三水铝石型铝土矿资源能加工成满足拜耳法生产氧化铝原料要求的精矿,且有效降低了氧化铝生产过程中的能耗和原材料消耗,减少了赤泥的排放,有利于环境保护。项目成果达到国际先进水平。
Recently, Zheng Research Institute and Maguo Resources Group Co., Ltd. jointly completed the “Republic of Madagascar Andranovato mine gilded bauxite comprehensive utilization technology research” project passed the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association’s evaluation. The expert group believes that this project has developed a new technology of “classification + flotation” beneficiation so that Madagascar high silicon, low aluminum / silicon ratio and high clay content gibbsite resources can be processed into Bayer Production of alumina raw materials required for the concentrate, and effectively reduce the energy consumption and raw material consumption in the alumina production process, reducing the red mud emissions, is conducive to environmental protection. Project achievements reached the international advanced level.
