研究生是科研院所开展科研工作的重要力量,研究生党建工作是科研院所党建工作的重要组成部分,是研究生思想政治教育工作的重要途径,在研究生培养各环节中发挥着重要的桥梁纽带作用。本文从研究所研究生党支部的工作实践出发,通过对部分党员进行问卷调查,结合相关主题的座谈,力求较为全面地了解当前研究生党员的思想动态,总结研究生党支部开展工作的成功经验,反思存在的问题,提升服务效能,提高党建反哺科研的能力。调查选取了中国科学院武汉物理与数学研究所研究生党总支为主要调查对象,共有5名研究生党支部书记和5名学生党员参与了座谈;问卷主要涉及研究生党
Postgraduates are an important force in carrying out scientific research work in scientific research institutes. The work of the party building of postgraduates is an important part of the party building in scientific research institutes and an important way for ideological and political education for graduate students. It plays an important role as a bridge between graduate students and students. Based on the work practice of graduate student party branch of the institute, through questionnaire survey of some party members and the discussion of the related topics, this paper tries to understand the ideological trends of the current graduate student party members more comprehensively, summarizes the successful experience of graduate student party branch work, Raise the service efficiency and raise the party’s ability to feed back scientific research.
