糖尿病患者常并发肺部感染,为了解糖尿病并发肺部感染患者的免疫功能变化情况,我们对糖尿病并发肺部感染患者的免疫功能进行了研究,现报告如下。 一、对象与方法 1.对象:选择本院住院的2型糖尿病患者56例,其中无肺部感染组(糖尿病组)30例(男21例,女9例),年龄(53±14)岁,病程(7±6)年,并除外合并其它各种感染;肺部感染组(感染组)26例(男16例,女10例),年龄(58±11)岁,病程(10±5)年,肺部感染根据患者症状、体征及胸部X线片确定
