本文简要介绍了反射式高能电子衍射(RHEED)的原理及其衍射图样的详细特征。并对常见的正方和六角二维晶格的各种再构,绘编了RHEED的图集。实验工作者可以方便地对照此图集来确定他们所观察到的衍射图样所对应的表面结构。
This paper briefly introduces the principle of reflective high energy electron diffraction (RHEED) and the detailed characteristics of its diffraction pattern. And the common square and hexagonal two-dimensional lattice of various reconstruction, painted a collection of RHEED. Experimenters can easily contrast this atlas to determine the surface structure they observe for the diffraction pattern.
