According to the foreign journal “Infrared Physics” 1982 Vol. 22 No. 5 reported that the West Germany Tübingen Institute of Astronomy developed a low-temperature and low-noise amplifier for infrared detectors. In order to meet the need of automatic information test of infrared camera in space, the institute developed a pre-firearm for ultra-low background infrared detector. Noise Equivalent power of less than 1.0 × 10 ~ (-15) W · Hz ~ (-1/2) of the infrared detector is mainly limited by its amplifier noise amplifier suitable for such applications will be called “super-impedance amplifier” . This circuit is usually assembled by using a low-temperature field-effect transistor and a room temperature
