应用新的传感技术——红外热成象技术研究红外热象图对焊接规范参数的识别。试验表明应用红外热象仪作为温度传感器,通过计算机、接口和机器人,可以在焊接过程中反馈控制焊缝的熔深和熔宽,从而提高焊接自动控制的水平。研究指出,红外热象图可以实时地动态地显示焊接熔池及热影响区的表面温度分布。红外热剖面线可以问接地显示焊接熔池熔深和熔宽的变化,并且发现,当焊接输入热,熔深、熔宽发生变化时热剖面线也产生相应的变化。本研究对自动反馈控制焊接过程提出了新方向。
Application of New Sensing Technology - Infrared Thermography to Study the Identification of Welding Specification Parameters by Infrared Thermography. Experiments show that using infrared thermometer as a temperature sensor, through the computer, interface and robot, you can feedback control welding penetration and melting width, thereby enhancing the level of automatic welding control. The research shows that infrared thermography can dynamically display the surface temperature distribution of weld puddle and heat affected zone in real time. The infrared thermal profile can be grounded to show changes in weld pool penetration and weld width, and it has been found that thermal profile lines also change as welding input heat, weld penetration, and weld width change. The research proposed a new direction for the automatic feedback control welding process.
