《中学英语教学大纲》提出了“综合训练,阶段侧重”的教学原则。英语教学要重视整体性,进行听、说、读、写的综合训练。不然就不能较好地培养学生运用外语进行交际的能力。但各教学阶段都有其特殊性、个别性。阶段侧重就是针对各阶段特征有的放矢,有所为,有所不为,围绕教学过程中的主要矛盾组织教学。我在多年从事英语教学的过程中,根据不同阶段 “High School English Teaching Syllabus” put forward the teaching principle of “comprehensive training, focusing on stages”. English teaching should attach importance to the integrity of listening, speaking, reading and writing a comprehensive training. Otherwise, students can not be better able to cultivate their ability to communicate in foreign languages. However, each teaching stage has its own particularity and individuality. Stage focus is targeted at all stages of the characteristics of the target, do something, do something, organize the teaching around the main contradictions in the teaching process.
