21世纪是以科技和人力资源为社会核心发展要素的世纪,是一个希冀与机遇、挑战与考验并存的世纪。科技的进步和高素质人才的培养有赖于教育的发展。这个世纪是我国下大力气全面推进素质教育的时期。伴随着教育改革的逐步深入,全社会也越来越关注学生,特别是大学生的素质教育。要想抓好大学生素质教育,就应该先加强高校教师的教学素质,因为教育的质量和水平有赖于教师的素质和水平。对音乐教师来说,其教学素质更是关系到了学生的美育素质的提高的问题。
The 21st century is a century in which science and technology and human resources are the core elements of social development. It is a century in which hope and opportunity, challenges and tests coexist. The progress of science and technology and the training of highly qualified personnel depend on the development of education. This century is a time when our country made great efforts to promote quality education in an all-round way. With the gradual deepening of education reform, the whole society is paying more and more attention to the quality education of students, especially college students. To grasp the quality education of college students, we should first strengthen the teaching quality of university teachers, because the quality and level of education depend on the quality and level of teachers. For music teachers, its teaching quality is related to the improvement of students’ aesthetic quality.
