本文以郑州餐饮业发展的现状为例,从目前正在广泛运用的两个新兴媒体——微博和微信入手,分析了其对本行业潜在和已经表现出来的影响力,同时分析了在新媒体浪潮的背景下,如何利用微博和微信做餐饮行业的市场营销策略。通过本文阐述,明确了在当今餐饮行业,使用新媒体技术是营销手段发展到当下时代的又一产物,拥有广阔的平台和空间,为广大餐饮从业者对如何加强餐饮企业的社会影响力提供新的思路。
