教师应激发学生的学习积极性,向学生提供充分从事数学活动的机会,引导学生在独立思考、主动探索和合作交流的过程中真正理解和掌握基本的数学知识与技能、数学思想和方法,获得基本的数学活动经验。学生是学习的主体,教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。以学定教,不是对教的全面否定,而是对教师的导提出了更高的要求,教师之为教,不在于全盘授与,而在于相机诱导。本文试图通过新课导入、数学思维如何引导、怎样结课等三大方面阐述教师在数学课堂教学中的一些导学策略,以导促学,体现导的重要性。

To learn to teach is not a complete denial of religion, but the guidance of teachers put forward higher requirements for teachers to teach, not in the overall grant, but rather the camera-induced. This article tries to explain teachers’ guiding strategies in mathematics classroom teaching through three aspects: introduction of new curriculum, how to guide mathematical thinking, and how to conclude the lesson so as to promote learning and reflect the importance of guidance.
