国务院办公厅日前转发了国家计委、国家经贸委《关于制止电解铝行业重复建设势头的意见》 ,要求各地认真贯彻执行。《意见》提出 :①严格控制新建电解铝项目的审批。自《意见》下发之日起 ,地方政府一律停止审批任何形式的扩大电解铝生产能力的建设项目 (包括新建或技改项目 )
The General Office of the State Council recently transmitted the Opinions of the State Development Planning Commission and the State Economic and Trade Commission on Stopping the Repetitive Construction in the Electrolytic Aluminum Industry, and urged all localities to conscientiously carry it out. “Opinions” put forward: ① strict control of new electrolytic aluminum project approval.
