经济全球化导致资本、技术、人才的国际化。资本、技术、人才的国际化,会对我国经济增长和产业竞争力的提升产生重大影响,并对我国政府运用税收政策优化产业结构的决策及其过程产生重大冲击。为应对我国加入WTO后经济国际化进程加快的趋势,提升我国产业竞争力,保持经济的可持续增长,我国政府应审时度势进行较大范围的税制改革。
Economic globalization has led to the internationalization of capital, technology and talent. The internationalization of capital, technology and human resources will have a significant impact on China’s economic growth and industrial competitiveness. It will also have a significant impact on China’s government’s policy-making and its process of using tax policies to optimize its industrial structure. In order to cope with the accelerating trend of economic globalization after China’s accession to the WTO, enhance the competitiveness of China’s industries and maintain the sustainable growth of economy, our government should conduct a relatively large-scale reform of the tax system in light of the situation.
