粮食是政治。确保国家粮食安全,是更大的政治。《中共中央关于制定十二五规划的建议》中,把保障国家粮食安全作为首要目标。随着我国工业化、城镇化的深入发展,如何在有限的土地和日益减少的农村劳动力下确保粮食的有效供给,为经济平稳较快发展奠定坚实基础?机械化、现代化的粮食生产是必由之路。水稻是我国主要的粮食作物之一,加快推进水稻生产机械化成为关注焦点。
Food is politics. Ensuring national food security is greater politics. In the “Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 12th Five-Year Plan,” it is the primary goal of safeguarding national food security. With the further development of China’s industrialization and urbanization, how to ensure the effective supply of food under the limited land and the decreasing rural labor force, and lay a solid foundation for the steady and rapid economic development? Mechanized and modern food production is the only way. Rice is one of the main food crops in our country and accelerating the mechanization of rice production has become the focus of attention.
