如何做好企业的思想政治工作,这是当前企业党政工团和广大政工干部正在努力实践的一个重大问题。我认为,最大限度地调动企业内部各方面的积极性、创造性,深化企业改革,克服当前企业面临的困难,增强企业的活力,保证企业的发展,是当前企业职工思想政治工作的主题。诚然,要解决好这个主题,有许多问题值得我们去探讨、去研究,有许多具体问题需要我们去落实,但从指导思想来说,最重要的就是要处理、协调好企业内部的各种关系和矛盾。
