羧肽酶N(又名激肽酶Ⅰ,CN)可灭活缓激肽以及过敏毒素C_3a 和C_5a.现已知CN 有两种同功酶,即CN_1和CN_2.研究表明成人哮喘组与正常组比较CN_1及CN_2均无显著差别;但若将病人按外源性及内源性哮喘分组,则可见显著性差异.为了解儿童哮喘者的CN_1和CN_2与哮喘类型的关系,作者测定了59例儿童哮喘者的CN_1和CN_2.年龄范围4~14岁,于测定CN_1和CN_2前根据简单的临床表现及实验室检查结果(如血清IgE 和外周血嗜酸细胞计数)分为内源性(20例),外源性(20例)及混合性(19例)3个哮喘组。另以30例无哮喘史及无其它过敏性疾病史的儿童作为对照.CN_1和CN_2用分光光密度法测定.
