各市、县(区)人民政府,省政府各部门:经省政府同意,现将《国务院办公厅转发建设部等部门关于调整住房供应结构稳定住房价格意见的通知》(国办发[2006]37号)转发给你们,并结合我省实际,提出如下贯彻意见,请认真遵照执行。一、抓紧编制住房建设规划,切实调整住房供应结构各市、县人民政府要抓紧编制住房建设规划,确保在2006年9月底前向社会公布。要重点发展满足当地居民自住需求的中低价位、中小套型普通商品住房。住房建设规划要明确“十一五”期间,特别是今明两年普通商品住房、经济适用住房和廉租住房的建设目标,并纳入当地“十一五”发展规划和近期建设规划。南昌市住房建设规划要报建设部备案;其他市、县住房建设规划报省建设厅备案。各地建设(规划)主管部门要会同监察机关,加强城市规划效能监察,督促住房建设规划落到实处。
