我们潞安矿务局具有艰苦奋斗的优良传统,早在六十年代初期,我局石圪节煤矿就以效益最高、成本最低、质量最好、机构最精干的优异成绩,被选树为全国勤俭办企业的五面红旗之一,敬爱的周总理亲切接见了我局代表,嘱托把勤俭矿风代代传下去。《人民日报》曾发表社论,高度评价石圪节矿风,是克勤克俭,艰苦奋斗之风;是国家和民族兴旺之风。三十年过去了,这种好的矿风,经过一代代石圪节人的发扬光大,而今已升华为具有时代特色的石圪节精神。我们牢记周总理的嘱托,始终把艰苦创业精神作为爱国主义的好教材,寓教于企业两个文明建设之中;作为一面旗帜,珍惜它、爱护它,坚持它、弘扬它;作为一种动力源泉,激励职工团结战斗、共创大业,开创了我局现代化建设的新局面。
