小学生的自我管理是班级管理这门艺术的核心和起点,独立自主精神和自我管理能力的培养可以保证小学生成为管理的对象和主体,实现良好的自我管理。小学教师在担任教书育人双重任务,事必躬亲的为同学服务的同时,学生自我管理和自我成长的机会也被无意剥夺了。基于文献调研和实际考察,本文讨论了培养和研究我国小学生自我管理能力的有效手段,对我国小学生自我管理能力的培养及研究具有重要指导意义。
The self-management of pupils is the core and starting point of the art of class management. The cultivation of independent self-determination and self-management ability can ensure that pupils become the objects and subjects of management and achieve good self-management. Primary school teachers serve as dual tasks of teaching and educating people, doing their best to serve their classmates at the same time, students self-management and self-growth opportunities have also been inadvertently deprived. Based on the literature review and practical investigation, this article discusses the effective means of cultivating and studying the self-management ability of primary school pupils in our country. It has important guiding significance for the training and study of the self-management ability of pupils in our country.
