人民调解组织和人民法院在处理伤害赔偿案件时,常苦于无可靠的检查结论,无合理的治疗用药标准。开设法医门诊和设立司法病房对解决上述困难提供了行之有效的途径。现将1985年12月至1986年12月接诊的2000例检查情况分析如下。
People’s mediation organizations and people’s courts often suffer from unreliable examination findings in the handling of compensation cases for damages and have no reasonable standard of medical treatment. The establishment of forensic clinics and the establishment of judicial wards provide an effective way to solve the above difficulties.
