以猪粪和稻草混合作为调理料,采用强制通风方式,在0.5 m~3的静态中试装置中进行菇渣好氧发酵试验。研究了在维持物料含水率稳定的前提下,不同通风处理对发酵各阶段的堆体温度、挥发性固体、pH、全氮、全磷、种子发芽指数和堆体体积等指标的影响。结果表明:适当通风可以满足菇渣发酵腐熟。通风量对堆料温度和挥发性固体的影响比较明显,而对堆体pH值、种子发芽指数的影响不显著,发酵完成后全氮全磷浓度均比初始状态有所上升,堆体体积呈下降规律。综合比较发酵各阶段的参数指标,得出发酵初期和高温期分别以0.05、0.067 m~3/(m~3·d)进行通风,物料翻堆后以0.033 m~3/(m~3·d)进行通风较适宜。
